All products include at least a 1-year manufacturer guarantee
Selected brands and ranges include extended guarantees of up to 5-10 years
The applicable guarantee period is clearly shown on the product page
Guarantees apply to manufacturing faults, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

What the Manufacturer Guarantee Typically Covers
Subject to assessment by the manufacturer, this may include manufacturing-related issues such as:
Beds & Furniture
Issues with materials or components
Problems with fittings or joints supplied with the product
Mattresses
Manufacturing-related faults affecting structure or materials
If a fault is confirmed, the manufacturer may offer a repair, replacement part, or replacement product, in line with their guarantee policy.
What’s Not Covered
Manufacturer guarantees do not usually cover:
Accidental damage, stains, or misuse
Wear and tear from everyday use
Assembly that does not follow the supplied instructions
Products that have been altered or modified
Items sold as clearance, ex-display, or with pre-declared faults
Guarantee Period
The guarantee starts from the delivery date
The end date depends on the guarantee length stated for the product
Issues should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after being noticed

How to Make a Guarantee Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us with:

Your order number and delivery details
A brief description of the issue and how the product has been used
For mattress claims, the manufacturer may request additional information such as usage and support details.
We’ll liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf and guide you through the process.
If a Claim Isn’t Covered
If an issue falls outside the manufacturer’s guarantee, we’ll still do our best to help where possible, including offering replacement parts or alternative solutions, where available.
