When Will I Receive Confirmation of My Order?

As soon as we receive your order, we'll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and that payment has been processed.

What Happens After I Receive My Order Confirmation?

After your order confirmation, we immediately check with our warehouse or suppliers to ensure your item(s) are available for dispatch as soon as possible. If your item(s) are available for shipping within 5 business days, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

If your item(s) are not available for immediate dispatch, we will refund your payment in full and contact you promptly via email and phone.

I Placed My Order But Did Not Receive a Confirmation Email. Why?

If you didn't receive a confirmation email after placing your order, here are a few common reasons why this might happen:

  • Our emails might be landing in your junk or spam folder.
  • There could be a typo in the email address entered during checkout.

Is It Safe to Buy Online Through Your Website?

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to offshore domestic regions, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do You Deliver Outside of the United Kingdom?

At this time, we only deliver within mainland United Kingdom. We hope to expand our delivery areas in the future, and we appreciate your understanding.

Can My Order Be Delivered to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We require a full street address to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your order.
