When will I receive my order confirmation?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is processed. This confirms we’ve received your order and started preparing it.
Can I delay delivery if I’m not ready to receive the item yet?
Yes! We can hold your order for up to 4 months. Just choose a later delivery date at checkout or let us know your preferred timeframe after purchasing.
What happens after I place my order?
We confirm stock availability, process your payment, and prepare your order for dispatch. You’ll receive tracking updates once it’s on the way.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes — for qualifying products, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date when adding to cart or at checkout (including next working day on eligible items).
If no option is shown, we’ll contact you once your item is ready to schedule a delivery.
Can I pre-order for future delivery?
Yes! You can select a delivery date up to 4 months in advance at checkout on pre-order beds. If you’d like us to hold your order after purchase, just get in touch.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, or Scilly Isles.
We can deliver to a UK mainland freight forwarder if you want to arrange onward shipping. Contact us for box dimensions.
Will I be notified before delivery?
Yes! You'll receive:
- A dispatch confirmation
- Real-time tracking updates via SMS or email
- A 3-hour delivery window
- A 60-minute call before arrival (on selected services)
What ages are your beds suitable for?
- Toddler Beds: 18 months – 4 years
- Mid Sleepers & Cabin Beds: 6+ years
- Bunk Beds & High Sleepers: Top bunk only for 6+ years
- Standard Beds: Suitable for older children, teens & adults
We don’t recommend high sleepers or top bunks for children under 6.
Are your beds suitable for adults?
Yes lots are - especially our ottoman beds, divans, guest beds and storage beds. These are perfect for older children, teens, adults, and guest rooms.

What is the weight limit on your beds?
- Children’s beds: Certified up to 76kg
- Standard beds (Single, Small Double, Double, King): Higher weight capacity for adult use
What is the max mattress thickness for raised beds?
- Bunk Beds / High Sleepers: Max 15cm
- Mid Sleepers / Cabin Beds: Max 15cm
This ensures the mattress sits safely below the guardrails.
Do your beds come assembled?
No — most beds arrive flat-packed for safe delivery and require assembly. Full instructions are included.
Do you offer an assembly service?
Yes — if available for the item, you can select this during checkout. Assembly is completed by the manufacturer’s expert team on the day of delivery.
For all other beds: We’ve partnered with Taskrabbit - the UK’s most trusted platform for home services, so you can arrange professional assembly at your convenience, after your delivery has arrived.
Here’s how it works:
- Once your bed has been delivered, click the link in your confirmation email or below.

- Book your assembly directly through Taskrabbit, with prices starting from less than £20/hour.

We recommend that no external services or time-sensitive arrangements be made until your items have arrived in full and in satisfactory condition.
How long does it take to assemble a bed?
- Toddler / Single Beds: 30–60 minutes
- Mid Sleepers / Cabin Beds: 1–2 hours
- Bunk Beds / High Sleepers: 2–3 hours
- Double / King Beds: 1–2 hours
We recommend two people for safety and ease.
Can I return a bed if I change my mind?
Yes — as long as it’s unassembled and in its original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days. Courier fees may apply unless the item is faulty.
Can I return a bed after it’s been assembled?
Unfortunately not — once a product has been assembled, it cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my bed arrives damaged or missing parts?
Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange replacements or a resolution as quickly as possible.
