Lovely bunk beds. Had a couple of pieces that were damaged, I contacted customer support and they kept in contact with me until I had received the new pieces and we were able to finish building.great quality, good price and excellent customer service. Really quick delivery, got notified on the time it was coming, solid bed and easy to assemble, must download the instructions but again easy step by step on how to download, it does advise you to bolt the bed to wall, however we couldn’t do this due to having plugs in sockets so bed wasn’t able to go flush to wall to be bolted,

We ordered the Mila Single Bed in pink, and straight after ordering I received an email to say that the bed had just gone out of stock and there was a lead time of 7-10 working days. This wasn’t an issue as we had decorating to complete. After 9 days I contacted the company and they advised of an expected date that the bed would be in stock. Within 3 days I had a notification from the company to ask a preferred delivery date. The bed arrived boxed and I managed to unbox and install the bed myself. My daughter loves it, I love it and it’s finished the room off perfectly

Really sturdy and well made bed. The instructions were fairly easy to follow (once you figure out which pieces are which, as none of them are labelled). The sofa is spacious and comfy, and there is plenty of headroom under the bed. The storage area and shelving are pretty big. The bed has totally transformed my son’s very small room, giving him space to actually sit and get his homework done or just relax on his phone.
