I had email conversations with Angus and he was great! So information and ever so helpful. At first I decided against it and Angus was still willing to go that extra mile for me. I had to ship it to another country and Angus suggested other companies that might do similar beds in that country. I I absolutely loved this bed and due to Angus’s great service I decided to buy it. No regrets! My son loves his bed and loves to play in his room. Thank you.

Very straight forward to assemble. The dept in the drawers is amazing! Good to store big toys. It has space underneath the bed for storage or ‘a den’ as we’ve made it and then the obvious... the slide! My son loves it! Not to mention the company it’s self. Super helpful and assisting with all the delays I had to accepting the delivery. 10/10

Strong bed, easy installation, 5 star seller!

Kids do love these, our grandchildren can testify to this, they love them and of course there’s the usual argument about who sleeps at the top 😂. They take a long time to make, so put aside half a day, all bunk beds do I’m sure. I find it tricky to make the top one (that could be because I’m not as agile as I once was of course!!). The bookcases on each level are a wonderful addition for toys & games. Paintwork does mark if you’re not careful, but overall it’s a great addition to the house.
The box was quite damaged when it arrived, however the product was so well insulated, the beds inside where totally fine and unmarked.
Lastly, I need to give a huge round of applause to the unflappable and always available customer service, it is second to none, very impressed!!

The photos were accurate, and the bed is sturdy. Easy to assemble and doing great after a month of use.

The bed looks nice, though some minor issues with the headboards finish, customer service rectified it for us. Happy with the purchase overall.
