As much as we would love to deliver our beds fully assembled, that's not logistically possible! However, all is not lost as we are now proud to offer our time (and relationship!) saving room of choice assembly service on all of our Kids Avenue, Thuka, Parisot, Gautier, Noah & Eli and Trasman beds. To add this service to your order just select the "Free Delivery + Room of Choice Assembly Service" at checkout and we'll do the rest.
To ensure our assembly teams can safely build your bed, please read the below points:
- Ensure the room is clear and clean
- Our team will wear a mask on entering your home and will remove once working on assembling your chosen product into the allocated empty room
- Rooms should be well ventilated, where possible
- Social distancing rules of 2 metres is essential at all times with our teams
- Our assembly team requires parking to be secured for approximately 2 hours, so please give full details of any parking restrictions/issues on your road in the order notes
- If you or anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of Coronavirus or tested positive, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment
- Our assembly team cannot come into your house if you have been advised to shield or are having to self-isolate after returning from abroad
Please note that a failure to meet our team on the agreed date and requiring a redelivery will cost an additional £120.

I had email conversations with Angus and he was great! So information and ever so helpful. At first I decided against it and Angus was still willing to go that extra mile for me. I had to ship it to another country and Angus suggested other companies that might do similar beds in that country. I I absolutely loved this bed and due to Angus’s great service I decided to buy it. No regrets! My son loves his bed and loves to play in his room. Thank you.
This bed works perfectly in our daughters small bedroom - the separate futon and desk gives much greater flexibility to make the most of the available space. The bed is good quality, very solid, with a nice finish and was very easy to assemble. Great customer service from Millie & Jones who took the trouble to call to make sure we were happy with the bed.

Difficult to assemble - would be helpful if panels were numbered or something- heavy, ideally two people to assemble.

Hi, I purchased a Millie and Jones bunk bed for my kids, it's very stylish and a strong bed and my kids love it.
Very straight forward to assemble. The dept in the drawers is amazing! Good to store big toys. It has space underneath the bed for storage or ‘a den’ as we’ve made it and then the obvious... the slide! My son loves it! Not to mention the company it’s self. Super helpful and assisting with all the delays I had to accepting the delivery. 10/10
My son has quite a small room, so I needed something with lots of storage. This does the job and feels really sturdy. Good communication throughout the order process.
Great high sleeper bed
My daughter absolutely loves her new bed. It looks top quality and the drawers are very useful. She has made a little den under it to play with her toys and uses the shelves to put her toys on. Only 1 negative was the instructions to build need some work. Very unclear and with such a complicated construction some stickers labelling part numbers would have helped. Would still recommend this bed though.
I was a little nervous about ordering as the delivery was up to 6 weeks, but it arrived sooner and I am so pleased. Really good quality bed, my daughter loves it.
