The Burford Daybed is a single bed that sleeps two when it needs to. It looks like a sofa with three sides, and underneath there's a pull-out trundle that works as a second bed for sleepovers or as a deep storage drawer for bedding and toys the rest of the time.
It's finished in Cashmere, a soft, warm neutral that sits between beige, taupe and grey, calmer than white and easier to live with than grey. The frame is solid wood with solid slatted bases, built to take years of bouncing, sitting and sleepovers.
At 74cm high it's a floor-level bed that suits any room, including ones with low or sloping ceilings. If you'd rather not build it yourself, add Professional Assembly on this page before checkout. The delivery team build it in the room you choose and take the packaging away, so the bed is ready to sleep in the day it arrives.
You'll need two UK single mattresses, 90cm by 190cm, if you use the trundle as a bed. The mattresses shown above are the ones we recommend for the bed and the trundle, and the trundle ones fit snugly.

The Burford Daybed takes 198cm of wall and 112cm of floor out from the wall. With the trundle pulled out it needs 202cm, so keep that floor clear when guests stay. At 74cm high it suits any ceiling height.
