Windsor Solid Pine High Sleeper with Sofa Bed & Desk

Good quality bed, daughter loves it.

Quality is excellent, my son loves his new bed.

Good quality and loved by my granddaughter.

Absolutely brilliant product. The bed itself is a very high quality, and incredibly sturdy once finished. The sofa bed is such a lovely space for us to read books with our son, and he loves doing puzzles and homework at his desk. Now his little brother wants one too!

Solid, good quality, should last a long time, very versatile and great for little ones growing into bigger ones

My son loves it!

After placing an order with a different company and getting messed around, I took the jump and ordered with Millie & Jones and I'm thrilled I did! this was a present for my daughters birthday and with the complete mess around with the first company I gave up hope of her receiving this on time.. low and behold Millie & Jones delivered and assembled ON her birthday! couldn't of timed this more perfectly! thankyou for the amazing communication and thankyou to the gentleman who built the bed! such a pleasant experience all round.. Happy daughter, Happy mum..

Sturdy bed and happy with it

I’ve only just assembled this bed but it seems quite sturdy and all the parts were present in the numerous packages I received. The various parts weren’t labelled and the assembly diagrams were not very clear about which way around some of the parts should be assembled resulting in me having to disassemble a couple of times. My advice is dry assemble where glue is required to make sure you’ve done it correctly before applying the glue. The delivery was on time and my questions before buying were answered promptly. Finally my granddaughter was delighted when she saw the bed and it’s made a perfect early Christmas present.

The end product is great but none of the pieces were labeled and all the screws were in together so a lot of sorting out and guess work involved in the building

Strong, very sturdy and a good space saver. Also worth the money.

Cant fault this company. Excellent service. Fast delivery we bought 2 windsor high sleepers. Amazing quality would recommend buying these beds but just the service was impeccable.

Great customer care. Always had someone to speak with promptly on the phone and was kept up to date with delivery. I also had assembled paid for. The two men were friendly and professional

This is a wonderful bed and my daughter loves it. The built in chair/bed makes a wonderful cosy corner for reading. I paid for assembly and it was worth every penny. The boys assembled it in no time at all and were very punctual.

Glad we went for the desk option... the pull out bed is great and works well as a sofa

Easy ordering and great service and quick delivery

Granddaughter loves her bed. Delivered and assembled very efficiently.

I placed an order online and my £20 new customer discount didn’t work so I emailed the team and got a response within a couple of hours and they had refunded me the £20 back which hit my account the day after! The customer service was great! Now just waiting on my bed for my son! He can’t wait

Top notch service. Delivery and assembly was superb and well worth the money.

Excellent equality. Our son is very pleased with new bed!

Easy to order, great comms and quality bed which our daughter absolutely loves.

The delivery was on time. The product good quality

Fantastic product and service. Windsor Highsleeper with Sofabed, Desk & Shelving - White / Black / Single I needed to change the delivery date after confirming. Customer service and despatch managed this and kept me informed. I was delighted with the professionalism, understanding and willingness to be helpful. Opted for the assembly service which was so convenient and the assembly team were polite, professional and they did an excellent job taking away all of the packing materials with them. The bed quality exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with it, but most importantly my teenage daughter is delighted with it. I was worried that she would be too old/big for it or grow out of it quickly but it's clear that this bed will do her all the way through high school no doubts. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a high sleeper for a teenagers room, and highly recommend this company.

Great product, although the instructions were terrible. It would help if nails were grouped or wooden pieces were labelled to match instructions. My daughter loves her new bed.

Great customer service as had to rearrange delivery dates. Delivery exactly on time and bed fully constructed. Well done delighted

Looks nice, seems sturdy so far. The sofa area is really nice and comfortable not used the pull out bed yet but can’t fault it or the company all really good.

fun and full of function. feels sturdy and well made

Good bed and impressed with assembly team

Our son absolutely loves his bed. The team that assembled it were super efficient. The only reason for 4 stars is delivery was not within the time frame specified when ordering and I had to chase the delivery. That said we ordered in November so in the crazy Christmas time and the customer service I received was exceptional. So would definitely order from them again.
