The Edit is a high sleeper with a full-length desk underneath, made from solid hardwood selected from responsibly managed forests. It's designed with older children and teenagers in mind, as a space of their own for studying, creating and gaming, and it's suitable from age 6. It comes with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee.
The desk runs the full length of the bed above it, with an integrated hutch, so there's plenty of room for homework, drawing or a gaming set-up. Putting the desk under the bed frees up the floor space a separate desk would take, which makes a real difference in a smaller bedroom. Mid-century details give it character: a lozenge-shaped cut-out in the upper side rail and the end panels, and a clean-lined upright ladder.
The ladder has wide, secure treads and can go on either side, so you can fit the bed around doors and windows. Decide which side before you build. Choose Pure White, or two-tone natural and Pure White. The Edit arrives flat-packed for self-assembly with full instructions, and delivery is free in 10 to 15 working days. Room fit
The Edit's length, depth and height are shown in the dimensions diagram on this page, so check them against your wall and ceiling before you order. Allow about 70cm between the top of the mattress and the ceiling for a younger child to sit up, and 80 to 90cm for a teenager. The ladder can go on either side, so leave clear floor on whichever side you choose.
