The Nordic Daybed is a child's bed, a sofa and a guest bed in one frame. A high back rail runs along the length, so with a few cushions it becomes a place to sit and read during the day. Underneath there's a pull-out trundle for sleepovers and two storage drawers for clean sheets, towels and spare pillows.
It's made from Scandinavian pine, built for everyday use as a main bed for a child aged 4 or over, or as a spare bed in a guest room. You choose the head and footboards: white, grey or rose, or a slatted or tongue and groove design for a more traditional look.
The mattress base sits about 47.5cm from the floor, an easy height to sit on and to make up. If you'd rather not build it yourself, add Professional Assembly on this page before checkout. The delivery team build it in the room you choose and take the packaging away, so the bed is ready to sleep in the day it arrives.
The main bed takes a continental single mattress, 90cm by 200cm, which is 10cm longer than a UK single. The trundle takes a standard UK single, 90cm by 190cm, so you'll need two different sizes if you're using both.

The Nordic Daybed takes 210cm of wall and 99cm of floor out from the wall. With the drawers and trundle pulled out it needs 195cm, so keep that floor clear when someone's staying. It's a low bed, so it suits any ceiling height.
