Everything You Need to Know
When will I receive my order confirmation?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is processed. This confirms we’ve received your order and started preparing it.
Can I delay delivery if I’m not ready to receive the item yet?
Yes! We can hold your order for up to 4 months. Just choose a later delivery date at checkout or let us know your preferred timeframe after purchasing.
What happens after I place my order?
We confirm stock availability, process your payment, and prepare your order for dispatch. You’ll receive tracking updates once it’s on the way.
Can I pre-order for future delivery?
Yes! You can select a delivery date up to 4 months in advance at checkout on pre-order beds. If you’d like us to hold your order after purchase, just get in touch.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes — for qualifying products, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date when adding to cart or at checkout (including next working day on eligible items).
If no option is shown, we’ll contact you once your item is ready to schedule a delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, or Scilly Isles.
We can deliver to a UK mainland freight forwarder if you want to arrange onward shipping. Contact us for box dimensions.
Will I be notified before delivery?
Yes! You'll receive:
- A dispatch confirmation
- Real-time tracking updates via SMS or email
- A 3-hour delivery window
- A 60-minute call before arrival (on selected services)
Are your beds suitable for adults?
Yes lots are - especially our ottoman beds, divans, guest beds and storage beds. These are perfect for older children, teens, adults, and guest rooms.
