Is delivery really to a room of choice?

Yes - all beds include Room of Choice delivery (where safe access allows), so your items can be delivered inside the room you need, not just the doorstep.

Can I choose a delivery date?

On many bestselling items, yes. If your product qualifies, you’ll see a delivery date picker on the product page or at checkout. If not, it simply means there’s a longer lead time and we’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready to book delivery.

Will I get tracking and delivery updates?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates by email, plus a 3-hour delivery window (usually the day before). Where available, the driver will also give a 60-minute courtesy call before arrival.

Can I place an order now and delay delivery?

Yes absolutely. If you’d like to secure the item now but arrange delivery for later, we can hold your order for up to 4 months.

Yes of course - you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a fault?

No stress - we’ll put it right quickly. If something arrives damaged, missing parts, or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos/videos, and we’ll arrange the fastest solution (usually replacement parts or a repair, and a replacement/refund if needed).

Can I return a bed after it’s been assembled?

Change-of-mind returns aren’t possible once an item has been assembled.

However, if there’s a confirmed manufacturing fault, it’s still covered and we’ll support you with parts, repair, or the correct resolution.

Can I return a mattress if it’s been opened?

For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they remain sealed in their protective packaging (unless faulty). If you’re unsure before opening it, just message us and we’ll happily advise.

Description

Everything they need, stacked into two square metres. The Highgate puts a full-height wardrobe, a 152cm desk and a run of shelves underneath the bed, so a small room stops being a compromise. Sleeping goes up, everything else goes underneath, and the floor stays clear. It's finished in grey and white, which reads as older rather than childish, and it's built to take a continental single mattress at 90 x 200cm, so there's an extra 10cm of length over a standard UK single. That matters more than it sounds once a child hits their teens.

Features

Full-height wardrobe. Hanging rail plus three shelves, 79.9cm wide. Enough for a school uniform, a coat and everything that currently lives on the floor.
A desk you can actually work at. 152cm long and 45cm deep, with a storage shelf beneath. Room for a laptop, a monitor and an open textbook at the same time.
Continental single. 90 x 200cm, 10cm longer than a standard UK single, so it lasts through the growth spurt rather than being outgrown.
Wide-step ladder. Deep treads rather than round rungs, easier and safer to climb at night.
Full-length guard rails on the open sides of the sleeping platform, built to BS EN 747.
Solid, heavy-duty construction. High-density particleboard frame.
