The frame's gas piston mechanism has a strength rating of 588 N, ensuring smooth and easy access to the storage compartment. The Solis Ottoman Single Bedis robust, supporting a maximum weight load of 350 kg and accommodating mattresses up to 45 kg in weight.

For the gas pistons to function correctly, a mattress must be placed on the bed. Please note that this bed is designed for a UK standard size mattress, with a recommended maximum mattress height of 203 mm to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
