Very nice looking, the storage under the bed is basically the floor. (There's a black sheet you get to use as a base. There's no hard bottom.)

About the Glasgow
The Glasgow is an upholstered ottoman bed with a tall, plain padded headboard and a lift-up base that hides a large storage space under the mattress. Its clean, simple shape in a light neutral fabric suits a calm main bedroom or a guest room.
The base lifts on gas struts, so it opens smoothly with little effort, and there's room inside for bedding, clothes and anything else you want out of sight. A slatted base on a metal frame supports the mattress and lets air circulate.
It comes in double and king, delivered free in 2 to 5 working days, flat-packed for self-assembly. If you'd rather someone else did it, there's a link to book a local assembler below the returns policy.

The double takes 152cm of wall and 206cm of floor out from the wall; the king takes 167cm and 216cm. Leave enough space around it for the base to lift. The headboard is 113cm high, so check it clears a window sill.
