The Winchcombe has a turned spindle headboard that gives an oak bed some traditional detail while keeping it open. The spaces between the spindles leave the wall visible behind the pillows, and the lower footend keeps the opposite end simpler.
The frame combines solid American oak with oak veneers, with wooden slats and 6cm gaps beneath the mattress. It comes in Double and King. The headboard is slightly wider than the footend, so the overall width below uses the widest part of the bed when you measure your room.
The Winchcombe takes a standard UK mattress in the size you choose: double 135 x 190cm; king 150 x 200cm. Select the matching size from the mattress options on this page. The mattress is sold separately.
