Is delivery really to a room of choice?

Yes - all beds include Room of Choice delivery (where safe access allows), so your items can be delivered inside the room you need, not just the doorstep.

Can I choose a delivery date?

On many bestselling items, yes. If your product qualifies, you’ll see a delivery date picker on the product page or at checkout. If not, it simply means there’s a longer lead time and we’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready to book delivery.

Will I get tracking and delivery updates?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates by email, plus a 3-hour delivery window (usually the day before). Where available, the driver will also give a 60-minute courtesy call before arrival.

Can I place an order now and delay delivery?

Yes absolutely. If you’d like to secure the item now but arrange delivery for later, we can hold your order for up to 4 months.

Simply place your order as normal and leave a note at checkout (or email us straight after ordering) with your preferred delivery timing, and we’ll work with you to book a date that suits.

Yes of course - you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a fault?

No stress - we’ll put it right quickly. If something arrives damaged, missing parts, or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos/videos, and we’ll arrange the fastest solution (usually replacement parts or a repair, and a replacement/refund if needed).

Can I return a bed after it’s been assembled?

Change-of-mind returns aren’t possible once an item has been assembled.

However, if there’s a confirmed manufacturing fault, it’s still covered and we’ll support you with parts, repair, or the correct resolution.

Can I return a mattress if it’s been opened?

For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned if they remain sealed in their protective packaging (unless faulty). If you’re unsure before opening it, just message us and we’ll happily advise.

The top bunk takes one standard UK single mattress, measuring 190cm x 90cm and the bottom bunk takes.The top bunk mattress should not exceed 15cm in height for safety reasons.

The trundle requires this trundle mattress which is linked with this bed(if you wish to use the trundle for sleeping purposes)

Please note that the trundle mattress may run slightly larger than the trundle frame itself, however it still works well. This is the mattress we recommend and has been used successfully by many customers, fitting nice and snug once in place.
