Mathy by Bols Small Treehouse Bed with Slide (90 x 150cm)

The compact Mathy by Bols treehouse for a 90 x 150cm junior mattress, with a slide on the left-hand side. Same pitched roof, cut-out windows and deliberately uneven boards as the full-size treehouse, in a smaller footprint.

It's handmade to order in Belgium by Mathy by Bols, designed by François Lamazerolles, with a solid pine frame, a birch plywood ladder and MDF panels made from PEFC-certified wood from sustainably managed forests. Every bed is finished by hand in water-based lacquer that meets EN 71-3, the European toy safety standard for paint. There are 26 colours to choose from, and a matching touch-up stick comes with the bed.

It's for children aged 6 and over. Because it's made for your order, allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. It can't be returned as a change of mind, but faults and damage are covered in full. The roof and side panels arrive already assembled, so you join large sections rather than building from flat components.

It takes a 90cm by 150cm junior mattress, no deeper than 12cm, so the guard rails stay at their full height. That isn't a standard UK size, so ask us if you need help finding one. The perforated base comes with the bed.

With the slide it takes 194cm of wall and comes 177cm out from it, and it's 170cm high. The slide is on the left-hand side as you face the bed, so check it suits your room and leave clear floor space at the bottom.
