Pure Loft Bed with Desk & Shelves

The Pure is a loft bed and a study space in one. The bed sits up top, and underneath it a desk runs the full 208cm length of the frame, with shelving built in. It's made from strong Scandinavian pine in a clean white finish, designed for children from 6 right through to their teens, and backed by our 5-year guarantee.

There's 140cm of clear height under the bed, so the space below feels like their own. The desk is long enough for a monitor, a laptop and school things all at once, which makes it a workable spot for homework, gaming, reading or drawing. The built-in shelves keep books, controllers and stationery within reach, and there's room under the desk for baskets or storage boxes.

The ladder can go on either side, decided during assembly, so you can set the Pure up to suit your room layout. It arrives flat-packed in 3 boxes. The Pure takes a continental single mattress, 90cm by 200cm, which is 10cm longer than a standard UK single, so there's room for them to grow. The mattress should be no deeper than 15cm. That figure is a safety measurement, not a suggestion: a deeper mattress raises the sleeping surface and leaves less rail above it. Room fit

The Pure takes 208cm of wall and comes 104cm out from it, plus clear floor in front of the ladder. It's 180cm high overall with 140cm clear underneath, so with a 15cm mattress the sleeping surface sits at roughly 155 to 160cm. Allow about 70cm above the mattress for a younger child to sit up and 80 to 90cm for a teenager; a standard 240cm ceiling leaves about 80cm. If your ceiling is low or slopes, measure where the bed will stand.
